Orders
Orders can be placed either through our secure site, faxed to 612 9386 9385 or phone 612 9386 9368. Additionally orders can also be emailed to orders[at]lostmyway[dot]com[dot]au.We accept overseas orders for some products, large items cannot be shipped overseas so if you are not in Australia please contact us for confirmation prior to placing your order.

If the items that you order are not in stock we will contact you with an ETA. Your card will not be debited until your order ships.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. A Tax Invoice will be provided in the shipment with all orders.

Payment
We accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa . To use your credit card, proceed through the secure web site shopping cart and submit the details.

We accept cheques and money orders issued in Australia. Direct deposit is also available and banking details are shown on the web site shopping cart order form. Cheques are subject to clearance prior to shipping.

Freight and Delivery
Goods are delivered using Australia Post. Prices are as follows

100g-3kg: $8.95 Australia Wide
3kg - 10kg: $12.95 Australia Wide
10kg and above: - Oversize items such as furniture will be shipped using courier service. We will notify you of freight charges and confirm your acceptance prior to shipping and billing your card.
All Overseas: Please email "info[at]lostmyway[dot]com[dot]au" with product details to request shipping cost and availability. You will be issued with an invoice which must be paid prior to shipping. Please note some items cannot be shipped overseas. International freight will be calculated depending on location and weight.

Please allow 7-14 days for all deliveries.

Products and Availability
Lost My Way sells a variety of items including new, vintage and handmade. If the items that you order are not in stock we will contact you with an ETA. Your card will not be debited until your order ships.

New items are as described. Faulty, damaged or items not as originally described may be eligible for return.

Vintage goods are as shown on the website and are sold "as is". The description indicates when the goods are handmade or vintage. We describe them as accurately as possible. There may be differences that cannot be depicted exactly in the photo's.

Handmade items: All defects or faults are intentional and are part of the design and should not be considered defects. All cards in these ranges are individually hand made and are supplied as one off products only.

Return Authorisation
If the goods are faulty, damaged or not as originally ordered, return the product in its original condition including the packaging within 30 days of purchase including a copy of your Tax Invoice and we will credit you for the returned goods using the same method of payment minus freight charges (freight charges will be refunded for damaged goods).

Please contact us by phone or email for authorisation before returning any goods.

Privacy
In supplying goods to you we may obtain personal information from you. Lost My Way will treat all personal information obtained from you with confidentiality and in accordance with the requirements of the National Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 to which LostMyWay is bound.

For the purposes of this clause, “personal information” has the meaning given to that phrase in section 6 of the Privacy Act 1988.

Security
LostMyWay uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) for security during critical transactions. The SSL protocol is supported by all popular web browsers and is used to encrypt the data transmitted (secure SSL transactions) between a browser and webserver (and vice versa). This assures LostMyWay visitors that credit card account numbers and other confidential information cannot be viewed, intercepted or altered. Browsers indicate a SSL secured session by changing the http to https and displaying a small padlock. LostMyWay visitors can click on the padlock to view the SSL certificate.
